Cultivating Life-Giving Leaders and Innovators

A Shift Is Happening

For generations, industrial models gave us structure, scale, and efficiency. But the world we're living in now is far more dynamic and interconnected—more like nature itself. Old ways are wearing thin. New ways are emerging—but they don't come with a map.

At Leadership Farm, we believe the next era of leadership is life-giving. Alive. Relational. Creative. Balanced. Grounded in how people and the planet actually thrive—and how great work really gets done.

This isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about growing what's possible.

What We Do

Leadership Farm is a learning community for privately held businesses that take the long view—where people, purpose, performance and the planet really matter.

We support owners, executives, and their teams in cultivating cultures of leaders and innovators—not just at the top, but throughout the organization.

Our work equips people to:

  • Lead themselves with awareness, gratefulness and clear intention
  • Work together collaboratively with trust, creativity, and shared ownership
  • Innovate and pursue goals that create real value for all stakeholders

Because leadership isn't a title—it's a way of showing up. And when more people lead well, work becomes more effective and more fun.

When people grow together, results follow—naturally.

Whole-Person Leadership Philosophy

Life-Giving Leadership Starts From Within—and Grows in Relationship

Good leadership doesn't begin with control, charisma, or a corner office. It begins with leading yourself—your energy, your attention, your choices—and how you show up with others and the work you're doing together.

When people learn to lead their own lives with awareness and intention, leadership stops being top-down. Teams shift from waiting to be managed to stepping forward together. Responsibility is shared. Creativity opens up. Momentum builds. That's when leadership becomes life-giving—and work becomes a place people actually want to be.

We practice leadership through five simple (but powerful) habits:

Grow Continuously · Work Collaboratively · Think Creatively · Act Consciously · Lead from a Grateful Center

Powerful teams are leaderful teams. Everyone leads their part for the good of the whole.

The ME to WE Leader Journey of Growth

At Leadership Farm, learning isn't a one-time event--it unfolds through a steady rhythm of practice over time.

The ME to WE Leader Journey of Growth is a year-long virtual learning journey, designed to build the capacities that matter most through sustained knowledge and practice. Our program:

  • Unfolds through Monthly Topics that equip leaders to collaborate, build trust, and innovate in ways that create real value for customers
  • Is delivered through the ME to WE Weekly Letter, offering insight, reflection, and practical guidance
  • Emphasizes growth in community, not isolation
  • Builds mastery through real-world practice, not just ideas or information

Designed to fit real work, real teams, and real lives.

Because people and teams have different growth needs, each month's topic offers Two Ways to Engage:

The Knowledge Path - ME to WE Weekly Letters

Light, thoughtful, and inspiring.

Participants receive weekly ME-to-WE Letters, each featuring a principle drawn from wisdom and science, a practical explanation with real-world examples, and questions for reflection or conversation.

Ideal for leaders who want fresh perspective, shared language, and inspiration—without a heavy time commitment.

The Practice Path - Closes Know-Do Gap

Deeper, relational, and experiential.

The Practice Path is for individuals and teams who want to move beyond knowledge into real change. Participants receive the weekly ME-to-WE Letters, plus access to the online learning platform with expanded lessons, simple practices, reflection prompts, and moderated discussions with learning partners. Not every month needs to be a practice month. Teams choose when—and where—to go deeper based on real needs and interests.

We don't step away from work to learn—we learn while doing the work.

Culture-Wide 30-Day Challenges

Culture-wide, shared skills and real momentum.

Designed to build shared language, shared skills, and real momentum across teams focused on a high-priority leadership capability. The 30-Day Challenge goes beyond closing the Know-Do Gap with just a few leaders or teams to engaging everyone, so new ways of working become cultural norms, not isolated efforts.

Participants receive ME to WE weekly letters, access to the online learning platform, plus two powerful components:

  • Four live, 2-hour micro-workshops (one per week)
  • Participation in a cross-functional team working on real-world issues and challenges.

One-Day Immersive Experiences at The Farm

"Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better." – Albert Einstein

Farm Pond

These aren’t meetings. They’re reset moments.

Our one-day immersives at The Farm near Bowling Green, Missouri give teams space to step out of the grind and into nature—where perspective shifts and energy comes back online.

There’s time to get grounded, reflect, dream together, and have real conversations about a shared path forward. Teams leave more connected, energized, and ready to do great work together.

When teams reset like this, something meaningful happens. A pause becomes a shift-point, opening a new trajectory of shared vision, action, and momentum.

One-day farm immersives are customized to meet the needs of teams, from strategy days to team days to innovation days. Whatever the goal, The Farm is a place to be free and share - letting go of old patterns and stepping into what's next.

We're a cross-generational community of leaders and innovators who believe growth is a lifelong journey, learning happens best together, and the stretch zone can be energizing and fun.
